Inclusion at Park View Academy

Park View Academy is committed to ensuring the best possible education for all pupils regardless of ability, background, ethnicity, gender or disability. At Park View Academy, we continually monitor the progress of all pupils and take steps to intervene where there is evidence that individuals or groups are falling behind. Our ‘Progress & Inclusion Team’ consists of the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator , Learning Mentor, Intervention Teachers and Intervention Teaching Assistants. We are very aware that some children will be more able and we aim to ensure that the needs of these children are well catered for.

Our Governing Body is also kept up to date in all areas of inclusion within school.
